YPG handed over syrian border town to assad regime

flags were raised over the governmental buildings today while YPG troops were leaving the city, as many FSA fighters were arrested.Reports saying that Tall Abyad city in N-Raqqah was completely given to the Regime (SAA Baath Battalions) by the YPG today.
